1. Organic Fabrics:
• Organic Greige Fabrics -. We have large production capacities for all qualities in plain, twill, duck, canvas and satin weaves.
• Dyed/ Printed Organic Fabrics – All our fabrics could be dyed/ printed to customer’s requirement with the below mentioned eco friendly dyes and thus maintain the fabric’s organic nature.
a) Low Impact Dyes – We offer to our clients a range of 100% organic dyed fabrics, which are colored using Low impact dyes. Our organic dyed fabrics are woven and preprocessed as per the Global Organic Textile Standards. We offer customization in colours and finishes.
b) Herbal Dyes: These are extracts obtained from natural plants. We have developed plant-based dyes that are much safer than the conventional dyes. Roots, nuts and flowers are just a few common natural sources to get colors from. Yellow, orange, blue, red, green, brown and grey are the common ones available and all of which meet organic certification standards. They are completely free from toxic chemical residue which could be a cause of many allergies and other discomforts.
• Organic Quilting Fabrics – We specialize in custom printing of organic fabrics. Some of our prints are also signature items for many of the leading fabric labels/ designers in the US, Australia and other countries. Our fabrics can be packed to the specific requirement of the customer in desired form (such as bolt packing) and piece lengths.
• Yarn Dyed Organic Fabrics – Another variety in vogue is Organic Yarn Dyed Fabrics which is used for top end garments and home furnishings. We can make any yarn dyed fabric according to customer’s pattern.
